Overhauled Vintage Chief Trashcan

Hey!  Got a vintage Chief trashcan to reveal.  I found it in an antiques and collectible shop and knew immediately it needed to be reworked and serve the same way it did before.  Check it out!

The center lid lifts up to throw away your trash.  The larger lid opens to change out the trash liner.

The bottom was open with just the support frame.  So I fabricated a nice, solid base out of some wood and the use of some small corner braces.

I finished it off with several coats of clear to give it some richer color and long-lasting protection.  Now, it's ready to start a new life and hopefully last just as long or longer.

Measurements:

31" tall; 20" wide; 20" deep

This table will be available in my ETSY SHOP (HERE) soon.  It can be seen in person at one of these three locations:
